1. Return and Exchange Policy
– If the perfume you receive is unopened but has damaged packaging, leaked liquid, or does not match the order information, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photos of the product and order information. We will arrange a free return or exchange for you, and the return shipping costs will be borne by us.
– Opened perfume is not eligible for return or exchange due to non-quality issues such as individual olfactory preferences or usage habits. Please understand.
2. Quality Assurance
– We guarantee that all perfumes are custom-made products. If you notice obvious quality issues during use (such as severe pungent odor, deterioration, etc.), please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the product. After confirmation, we will provide you with a replacement or refund service.
3. After-sales Service Process

2. Problem Verification: The customer service will respond and verify the issue within 24 hours, and confirm the solution.
